Superbolt School & Sporting Clubs Sponsorship Program Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
Applicant means any School or Sporting Club that applies for the Funding Program, and any member of a School or Sporting Club that applies for the Ongoing Support.
Employee means an individual employed or engaged by Superbolt (including agents and contractors).
Superbolt means Superbolt Pty Ltd ABN 90 664 460 191 ACN 664 460 191.
Funding Program means the provision of the Free Superbolt Digital Signage Platform.
Immediate Family means a spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandchild, grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
Ongoing Support means a donation to a School or Sporting Club pursuant to the Ongoing Support offer, as defined further below.
School means kindergarten, pre-school, primary and secondary schools in Australia.
Sporting Club means any organised community, amateur or professional club, association or organisation that offers facilities, training or competitions for sport or physical recreation activities. This includes (but is not limited to) football clubs, cricket clubs, netball associations, swimming clubs, athletics clubs and similar groups.
2. Funding Program
Program
Eligible Schools and Sporting Clubs can apply for free Superbolt Digital Signage Software.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Funding Program, Applicants must:
- Be a School or a Sporting Club.
Employees of Superbolt and their Immediate Family are not eligible for the Funding Program.
Only one Funding Program per School or Sporting Club may be provided per annum.
Process
To receive the Funding Program, Applicants must:
a) Visit www.superbolt.com.au/community-sponsorship;
b) Complete the details on the form under “Sign up for Community Partner”; and
c) Upload the application via www.superbolt.com.au/community-sponsorship along with the required details and submit.
Superbolt will then contact the Applicant within five (5) business days regarding the success of the application.
3. Ongoing Support Program
Program
For Applicants that are associated with a School or Sporting Club, Superbolt will donate 10% of every new member sign-up from the Community Partner referral directly to the nominated School or Sporting Club.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Ongoing Support, Applicants must:
- Purchase at least one Eligible Product; and
- Be associated with a School or Sporting Club (through attending, employment, engagement or volunteering) either themselves or through an Immediate Family member.
Applicants can be new or existing clients of Superbolt.
Employees of Superbolt and their Immediate Family are not eligible for the Ongoing Support.
Process
To receive the Ongoing Support, Applicants must:
a) Purchase an Eligible Product;
b) Visit www.superbolt.com.au/community-sponsorship-follow-up; and
c) Complete the form nominating a School or Sporting Club.
Superbolt will then donate 10% of every new member sign-up from the Community Partner referral directly to the nominated School or Sporting Club via electronic funds transfer. Donations will be made on a quarterly basis.
4. General
- The Funding Program is limited to one (1) per Applicant per annum.
- The Funding Program and Ongoing Support are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or products.
- Subject to applicable laws, the Funding Program and Ongoing Support may be varied, updated or terminated at any time.
- Superbolt reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility and validity of applications for the Funding Program and Ongoing Support and to reject applications that are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Superbolt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of an application for the Funding Program and Ongoing Support.
- Applicants consent to Superbolt using their name and, if applicable, logo for the purpose of promoting the Funding Program and Ongoing Support.
- Superbolt and its related bodies corporate will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss (including, without limitation, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Funding Program or Ongoing Support, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).
- If for any reason any aspect of the Funding Program or Ongoing Support is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Superbolt, including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, telephone network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of either program, Superbolt may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Funding Program or Ongoing Support and invalidate any applications.
